Parsley Pesto


4 tsp celtic sea salt/Himalayan rock salt
1 cup parsley
2 tsp basil
Juice of 1 lemon
8 cloves of garlic
1 and 1/3 cup of pinenuts or walnuts
1 cup and 2 tbs of organic olive oil*


  1. Process together
*Use Extra virgin, first cold-pressed if possible
