Cranberry & Nut Balls


2 cups raw almonds
½ cup macadamia nuts
125g dried cranberries
½ cup sultanas
2 teaspoons cinnamon
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
¼ cup coconut oil
sesame seeds


  1. Place all ingredients, except coconut oil and sesame seeds in a food process
  2. Process until mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs
  3. Add coconut oil and continue to process until mixture starts to come together
  4. Roll mixture into small balls. Toss in sesame seeds
  5. Store in fridge
