Alkalizing Broth


Pearl Barley - 3 dessertspoons
Carrot - 1 chopped
Potatoes - 2 chopped
Celery - ½ cup chopped plus some leaves
Parsley - ½ cup or more
Onion - ½ chopped
Garlic - 1 clove cut in two
(optional) - you can add a little of broccoli, turnip tops, beet tops, etc
Rosemary - 1 tsp
Bay leaf - 2 leaves


  1. Place all in a big sized pot and fill up with water
  2. Boil then simmer for 2-3 hours, but make sure you have the lid to cover it so you do not lose the liquid
  3. Let it sit and then just drink the liquid

* Have 2-3 cups per day

Note: You can add other tasty herbs for more flavour and a bit of lemon juice
