James Marr, Naturopath Erina
From a previous career as a TV and radio producer in the advertising industry, James experienced the chronic stress, sleep deprivation, and ill health that plague so many people today.
Disillusioned with the lack of answers in the modern medical approach, James decided to take charge of his own wellbeing and use nutrition, herbal medicine, and lifestyle changes to turn his poor health around. One of these lifestyle changes all those years ago was to quit his career in advertising and study Naturopathy, so that he could help others achieve the vitality he had himself experienced.
James believes in a truly integrated approach to health, using the ancient wisdom of herbal medicine and the application of lifestyle counselling alongside modern diagnostic screening and targeted nutrition to heal the body.
James has seen countless individuals with genuine concerns about their ability to live not only a long life, but one of true vitality. Through a deep understanding of the complexities of each individual case, James has helped restore the wellbeing of his patients in a profound and lasting way.
