Ingredients:
2 cups raw almonds
½ cup macadamia nuts
125g dried cranberries
½ cup sultanas
2 teaspoons cinnamon
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
¼ cup coconut oil
sesame seeds
Directions:
- Place all ingredients, except coconut oil and sesame seeds in a food process
- Process until mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs
- Add coconut oil and continue to process until mixture starts to come together
- Roll mixture into small balls. Toss in sesame seeds
- Store in fridge
