KALE SMOOTHIE 2 Lemons juiced 1 Banana 2 Large kale leaves (important to have 2 leaves, wash them & take leaves from the stalk) ½ cup pineapple pieces ½ cup of apple juice Thumb size piece of fresh ginger grated Blend in Thermomix on speed 9 or similar blender
