Ingredients:
1 cup quinoa, rinsed
2 cups organic almond milk
1 tablespoon agave nectar
½ lemon, zested
1 cup berries of choice
2 teaspoons flax seeds
Directions:
- Place quinoa, almond milk and agave nectar in a large heavy based saucepan and bring mixture to the boil
- Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed
- Gently fold through lemon zest and berries
- Serve sprinkled with flax seeds
